Wild One Triangle Tug

I gave this to my golden doodle a week ago and it ended up being incredibly poor quality and not durable at all. Within the first day she was chewing on it pieces started coming off. She then began eating the rubber pieces which is not safe at all so I had to throw it away.

My bull dog puppy is aggressively teething and this toy lasted months, the rope just started to fall apart, but the rubbery triangle part is still holding up very well, I’ve thought about just added some extra thick rope in a loop with a big knot myself to extend the life of this great toy. I love the look of the wild one toys and the ability for my kids to play tug-o-war with the puppy is great! I’ll be buying this toy again! (Probably in all the colors!!!) definitely recommend this dog toy!!!

My dog is crazy for this new toy! She loves tug-of-war type toys. She’s also been know to destroy toys in 10 seconds flat. She tore part of the rope apart so it’s a bit frayed but hasn’t completely fallen apart. The rubber triangle seems very sturdy. So far held up to being gnawed on it pretty good. She’s happy so I’m happy!

This dog (Cavapoo - part Poodle part King Charles Spaniel) took this toy down in 20 minutes. I bought this SPECIFICALLY because my 1 and a 1/2 year old dog seems to chew through anything. Mind you, my dog weighs in at about 15 pounds. She almost had all the rope ripped apart in 7 minutes and the stands of rope and she was eating it so I took it away and cut the rope off hoping that she would just be able to enjoy the triangle part…nope. 8 minutes later, chips were falling off of that and she was eating on those which at that point I immediately threw this away. I originally got this to play tug of war with my dog and to find a toy that was indestructible to a 15pd dog. Don’t try this one. Both sides could potentially get eaten and send your dog to the vet quickly if you aren’t watching.

The toy itself is so cute and aesthetic. Unfortunately my five month old pup is an aggressive chewer and tore through the rope almost instantly. After a few minutes we also noticed blood on the rope so we decided to completely cut the rope for safety. However, the triangle is still in good condition and our pup enjoys that.

I was very disappointed in this item, as it only took my medium-sized dog about 10 minutes to chew through the rope ring... resulting in my having to cut it off.

I then let her chew on the remaining rubber triangle, and after another 15 minutes of her working on that, I noticed that there were chunks of rubber all over the floor!

I had to throw this out, as it was a waste of money, and not healthy for my pet to be chewing on (and ingesting rope and rubber chunks). NOT RECOMMENDED!

My dog is an aggressive chewer. It is so important for dogs to chew, but hard to swallow spending the money when your dog goes through toys in an hour. The rope didn't last a day. The triangle is still going strong (going on a few weeks). It won't last much longer though, as he has pulled at some of the rubber. Once it becomes pieces, I will toss it so he doesn't choke. I won't buy again. But may last if your dog isn't an aggressive chewer

We love this brand and products for out tiny terror. We have a now 8 month old German shepherd and we call gim the ti y terror because toys dont last but an hour. The rope actually lasted a few days! The rubber is still in tact. We bought a few items about two or three moths ago so the fact they are still going strong is amazing. Totally worth the price!

This toy is so stylish and well-made. Our new puppy loves it. We got the smaller size for our 8 week old (5 pound) French Bulldog and it was still a great size that he can continue to use while he grows.

I thought this would be a great toy for tug with my puppy, but the second I gave it to her she just wanted it all to herself! She likes playing catch with it, but mostly just sitting and chewing.

I really like the design and how it looks. The rubber handle is comfortable when play tug game with my lab.
My 10 month old lab is super strong and I play tug game with him almost everyday and the toy is still in very good condition.

It's a simple design and my pit/boxer/cane corso pup has some strong jaws. So unfortunately the rope part may not last much long. He literally almost but thru the connecting rope piece. But the triangle part will last a while for sure. *At least I hope so.
I will be buying the only rubber toys from this company due to my dog killing ropes.

It’s beautifully simplistic. But did not hold up to a game of tug. With three dogs we don’t usually buy something that won’t last for a very long time (read: we don’t waste money on toys that can be ripped). I didn’t know much about the brand, but was persuaded by the idea that the dog toys could look nice and sit out in our house. Unfortunately that was not the case.

I think if your dog doesn’t pull hard or is on smaller side it would work for you.

Always on the hunt for cute things from home decor down to doggy toys. Our Goldendoodle is obsessed with this toy. I hope this company plans to make more toys!

Blue triangle 1 tip chewed off within the hour roped shredded time period of 5 hours. 2nd tip next morning. It looks nice and durable but didn’t stand up to our expectations. Lab and cattle dog like to play tug of war We know they are hard on toys but expected a little longer than 24 hours

Bought this toy for our mix breed 18 month old dog. (Part shepherd, lab, hound). She LOVES to chew. I thought the toy would be good for tugging/tossing and for chewing. She destroyed the rope circle in no time, and knowledge through the blue triangle piece in no time. I've learned anything less than solid rubber toys are a waste.

Got this for our 70 lb husky poodle mix as he loves ropes and playing tug. This was a great toy in the beginning as it offered a good soft handle for the owner to hold on to and he had plenty of surface to grab onto. In less than 2 weeks the rope circle had been destroyed leaving him with just the rubber triangle. He still liked to carry around the triangle and chew on it and it seemed to hold up pretty well compared to the plastic handles on other rope toys we have had. At the end of the day I just decided to return it to Amazon and find him another toy that will hold up better.

This toy was delivered today and immediately given to our dog. Within about 10 minutes of him playing with the toy, the rope was completely torn off and in pieces. The triangle seems very sturdy, but the rope could not stand up against a 5 month old lab/hound mix.

I have a Labrador Retriever and he is in love with this toy. Every time I get home, he always tries to give it to me so that we can play. He is not really destructive with his toys unless they are made out of really cheap material so I am not sure how this would do with a Rottweiler or another dog with a stronger biting force.

The triangle part is quite durable and stood up to my heavy chewing dogs but the rope part isn't up to snuff. The dogs loves playing tug of war with this toy and it is good for that. The rope connection is flimsy so it comes apart easily and isn't designed for chewing. It was shredded very quickly. The rubber triangle though has held up well and is now its own toy...without the rope.

I loved this toy but knew immediately the rope part would not last long. It is not durable. If you would change this and make it as thick and did not make individual twisting parts, just to make it look like rope, you’d have a hard time keeping it in stock. Aggressive dog chewers parents would give you free advertising by passing word along to other buyers. A more durable rope would make the product one of the best toys out there. My dog loves it, well now, half of it.
We end up paying for half a toy. Leave off the rope, which has to be thrown away or dog will choke on product and charge less for the triangle.

My puppy tore up the robe and broke the rubber pretty quickly. It was great when he’s tugging on it but once he laid down and started independently chewing it started to fall apart rather quickly. I’m a little disappointed since it’s such a cute toy!

I was drawn to this toy by color and design. I thought it would be great for my dogs and I to play with given that it had two connected pieces to tug between. Their razor sharp teeth cut through the rope in less than a minute upon tossing it. So we cut it off and threw it away. The rubber part has stuck around a little bit longer, but it's not as fun to play with because we can't really tug.

I have two Puggles and they have eaten through everything, and I mean everything. The Tug Toy is indestructible and the two of them play with it together, which is a win for me.

I love that it’s durable, however my dog quickly chewed down the rope because I left her alone with it. so strictly use it as a tug toy or if left alone it will become a chew toy haha. I also really like how sturdy it was. I could pull my 36 pound corgi with it easily.

If you have a dog that easily destroys toys and loves a good pull toy, then this is it. Both of my dogs like to play tug of war and are super strong which usually results in the toys being pulled apart, or chewed apart when they are tugging. This Wild one toy is made of super-strong rubber and 100% natural cotton and will last a while, if not forever, so far so good with my two destroyers. Definitely give it a try for your pets. I would say to make sure your pet fits the size description of medium to large since the triangle is quite thick and made for larger jaws.

The dogs were immediately interested & semi immediately pulled it apart. Tiny little pieces of blue rubber everywhere. Some toys they don't find interesting at all. That wasn't the case here, but it sure didn't last very long. They pulled the rubber into two pieces & each destroyed one part. I threw the rope away, they didn't tug it. About 8 hours total of play time.
